Honorable Lakshmi Reddy
Judge Reddy was elected Judge of Vigo County Superior Court 2 in 2015. Her docket consists primarily of family law, mental health, torts, civil plenary, probate, collections, mortgage foreclosures, and protective orders. In 2017 and 2018, she served as Chief Judge of the Vigo Circuit and Superior Courts. She was re-elected in November of 2020, for a second six (6) year term. Beginning January 1, 2021, and by approval of the Indiana Supreme Court, Judge Reddy will start a Commercial Court in Vigo County.
Judge Reddy has served on the Race and Gender Commission for over a decade and was appointed by the Indiana Supreme Court to serve as Co-Chair of the Advisory Task Force for Language Access.
