Dr. Brandy Harrell, LCAS, CCS, CCSOTS, LCSWA
Brandy is a Behavioral Health director with over 10 years of Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder expertise as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, Certified Clinical Supervisor, and a Clinically Certified Sex Offender Treatment Specialist.
Brandy is dedicated to serving the needs of the rural community and has conducted a research study on the Under Utilization of Mental Health services in a rural county. Brandy collaborates with government officials and the judiciary branch to increase access to mental health and substance use treatment. She served as the 8th District Opioid Response Project Team Lead for Lenior County, North Carolina.
Brandy has also collaborated with Federally Qualified Health Care Centers to develop policies and procedures for programs such as Medication Assisted Treatment, Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient (SAIOP), and DWI.
